O&M Manual Portal Training
This course provides introductory training on Tideway’s O&M manual philosophy and how to access the O&M manuals via SharePoint. IMPORTANT - Before attending the training, refer to Competency/Skills Requirements below.
Description
The course will cover:
- An overview of the O&M Manual Portal as it exists in Asite;
- An overview of how the Portal is to be used;
- An overview of how Tideway's O&M manuals are organised;
- How to:
- Access and logon to the O&M Manual Portal;
- Select an O&M manual to view;
- Open an O&M manual;
- Download an O&M manual
- Navigate around screens;
- Search, retrieve, view and download associated files;
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before attending the training,
- Delegates must contact your `Document Controller` who will raise a ticket for you to get access to the O&M Manual Portal (Asite);
- Delegates must then ensure that their Asite account is active, the login has been tested, and they have access to the O&M Manual Portal area.
Delegates are not expected to hold any specific competencies or skills before they attend training.
Outcomes
On completion of the training, Delegates will be expected to:
- Know how to use the O&M Manual Portal to obtain O&M information needed to perform their duties;
- Demonstrate they can search, find, view, and download O&M files.
Course Assessment
The course will include hands-on exercises where Delegates will be able to use the O&M Portal.
