CMMS User - Data Analysis and Reporting eLearning
This course provides training on how to analyse maintenance data and generate reports using Tideway’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Description
The course will cover:
- Navigating the reports section of the CMMS;
- Running the preconfigured reports in the CMMS;
- Understanding the content of those reports;
- Creating, saving, and sharing custom reports;
- Exporting CMMS data;
The course will include an hands-on element where Delegates will be able to review preconfigured reports and create custom reports.
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before attending the training, Delegates are expected to complete the CMMS User - General Introduction training course.
Whilst not a prerequisite to attending the training, it is recommended that Delegates also complete the CMMS User – Maintenance Data Entry course as this will provide a rounded view on how maintenance information is recorded.
Post course - A workshop is available from our Training Provider AMX consisting of Q&A sessions and practice if/as required.
Outcomes
On completion of the training, Delegates are expected to be able to use the CMMS to:
- Find, read, and understand precompiled reports on maintenance scheduling and completion;
- Create simple custom reports;
- Export data for further analysis.
