CMMS User - General Introduction
This course is an introduction to Tideway’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). It provides a high-level overview of what it is and what it is used for.
Description
The course will cover:
- An introduction to Tideway’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and what it is used for on the Tideway Project, including:
- Storing asset information;
- Scheduling, recording and reporting maintenance activities;
- Monitoring and reporting spares stock levels.
- How asset information is organised in the CMMS;
- An introduction to how maintenance activities are recorded using the Mobile CMMS Application;
- Works Information/Contractual requirements for its use;
- How to:
- Logon to the CMMS;
- Navigate around the screens;
- Filter and find asset records
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before attending the training session, Delegates are expected to complete the LTT System Overview training course;
Delegates will need to request Tideway to arrange access to CMMS prior to attending this course.
Outcomes
On completion of the training, Delegates are expected to:
- Have a basic understanding of what the Tideway CMMS is and what it is used for;
- Know the requirements regarding CMMS usage for maintenance and reporting;
- Be able to log on to the CMMS, navigate around the screens and search for assets.
