CMMS User - Maintenance Data Entry

This course provides training on how to operate Tideway’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and how to collate maintenance information on site using Tideway’s Mobile App.

Description

The course is split into two parts, where:

Part 1 covers how to use the CMMS to:

  • Find asset records;
  • Schedule maintenance activities;
  • Assign maintenance activities to maintenance personnel;
  • Manage the spares records.

 

Part 2 covers how to use the CMMS Mobile Application to:

  • Record the completion of assigned maintenance activities;
  • Capture and report information;
  • Hands-on element - Delegates are assigned 'dummy' maintenance tasks and then asked to record that they have completed the tasks

Competency/Skills Requirements

Before attending the training, Delegates are expected to complete the CMMS User - General Introduction training course.

Outcomes

On completion of the training, Delegates are expected to be able to:

  • Schedule and assign maintenance activities;
  • Use the CMMS Mobile Application – This requires an App on either an iOS or Android device (iOS preferable).
