O&M Manual Portal Self Training
The portal is not a specific software, but a component of Asite and therefore does not require specific training sessions.
Description
The Quick Reference Guide (QRG) covers the following
- Login and the folder structure for accessing the O&M Manuals via the Asite portal;
- Opening, viewing, searching and downloading files;
- For navigation techniques, refer to the Asite User Training Course TISC-001.
The O&M Manual Portal Self-Training Presentation covers:
- Background on the O&M manuals such as how they are organised and the overall structure of the O&M manuals
- Introduction to the Quick Reference Guide
- Recommended Practice Exercises
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before requesting access, Delegates must attend Asite User Training Course TISC-001.
Outcomes
On completion of the training, Delegates will be expected to:
- Know how to use the O&M Manual Portal to obtain O&M information needed to perform their duties
Prerequisites
IMPORTANT - Before accessing the O&M Manual Portal
- Delegates must contact the Tideway`Document Controller` who will raise a ticket for you to get specific access to the O&M Manual Portal (Asite);
- Delegates must ensure that their Asite account is active, the login has been tested, and they have access to the O&M Manual Portal area;
