LTT SCADA - Alarm Management

This course will provide Delegates with an understanding of the alarms within the LTT SCADA System, how they are displayed and how to manage and control them through their lifecycle.

This course follows on from the LTT SCADA Basic Understanding course and provides Delegates with a wider understanding of the LTT SCADA System. On completion of the course, Delegates will understand the User Groups and the privileges and operational controls assigned to those groups. They will be able to amend setpoints and gain an understanding of Historian auditing and archiving.

This course will provide Delegates with the information they will need to understand the reporting facility within LTT SCADA and how to generate, email and print reports. It will also provide the Delegates with an understanding of how to configure and view trends within the LTT SCADA System.

This is course will provide Delegates with a basic understanding of the LTT SCADA System. On completion of the course, Delegates will be able to log on to LTT SCADA and navigate through the screens, understand the mimics; access and print reports and log off successfully from the System.

This course will provide Delegates with information behind the design of the Worksite Telemetry Panels, and how data flows between them and the Worksite Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) (provided by the MWCs). The course will also provide Delegates an understanding of the watchdog and relay failures and how to set and amend the maintenance timers within the Telemetry Panels.

This course will provide Delegates with an understanding of the O&M manuals developed by the System Integrator Contractor for the Server and Control Rooms and the worksite Telemetry Panels. The course will cover the layout of the O&M manuals and how to navigate through them and understand what each section refers to.
