Maintaining Supervisory Panel Equipment (Part 1)
The course provides Delegates with an understanding of the as-built documents and the location of SIC installed equipment in the worksites
Description
The course will cover:
- Health and Safety (relevant for the working environment covered within this course);
- Brief explanation of what the SIC Supervisory Panel is and what it does;
- Explanation of as-built records;
- Explanation of Supervisory panel maintenance requirements;
- Explanation of how to identify defective equipment.
Outcomes
The course will provide Delegates with an understanding of the as-built documents and the location of SIC installed equipment in the worksites.
On completion of the training, Delegates will be expected to:
- Know how to locate the supervisory panel;
- Understand the as-built drawings and records for a worksite;
- Understand the SIC planned maintenance schedule for the equipment in the supervisory panel (VI, CI, SPI);
- Understand how to identify defective equipment within the Supervisory Panel;
- Understand how to reset equipment within the Supervisory panel.
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before attending the training, Delegates are expected to complete:
- LTT System Overview;
- LTT SCADA - Basic Understanding;
- LTT Tideway Fault Recording;
- Understanding Server and Control Room Operation.
