Module 1: – Management of Routine and Reactive Maintenance – Supervisory Panel (2 hours) Module 2: – Maintenance Supervisory Panel Equipment – Practical (2 hours)
Description
Module 1 – Management of Routine and Reactive Maintenance – Supervisory Panel
This module will cover:
- Refresh of SIC planned maintenance schedules (VI/CI/SPI);
- Explanation of SIC Reactive Maintenance procedures for each of the Supervisory Panel equipment including backups;
- Explanation of SIC O&M manuals for supervisory panels.
Module 2 – Maintaining Supervisory Panel Equipment – Practical
This module will cover:
- Health and Safety (relevant for the working environment covered within this course);
- Refresh of Construction Records and Site Layout;
- Walk-through site to locate equipment;
- Visual inspection of equipment;
- Configuration Inspection of equipment;
- System Performance Inspection.
Competency/Skills Requirements
Before attending the training, Delegates are expected to complete:
- LTT System Overview;
- LTT SCADA - Basic Understanding;
- Maintaining Supervisory Panel (Part 1).
Before attending the training, Delegates are also expected to have:
- ICA Knowledge and Maintenance Experience.
Outcomes
Module 1 – Management of Routine and Reactive Maintenance – Supervisory Panel
The module will provide Delegates with an understanding of the maintenance plans and schedules for the Supervisory Panel equipment installed on a worksite.
On completion of the training, Delegates will be expected to understand:
- The activities within the maintenance schedules;
- Reactive maintenance procedures and key contacts;
- Backup procedures.
Module 2 – Maintaining Supervisory Panel Equipment – Practical
The module will provide Delegates with the practical skills needed to locate and maintain Supervisory Panel equipment at the main work sites.
On completion of the training, Delegates will be expected to be able to:
- Locate the Supervisory Panel Equipment at a worksite;
- Inspect, clean, and replace components;
- Record and upload maintenance information to the CMMS.
